Aurora Springs Baptist Church

We believe it’s never too early to begin building a strong foundation of faith. That’s why members of our church developed Truth Seekers, our children’s ministry program designed for kids from kindergarten through 8th grade.

Truth Seekers meets on Sunday nights from 5:30–7:00 p.m. during the school year (September through May), with a short break over the Christmas holiday. The program is open to all children in the community, and anyone is welcome, whether it’s the first Sunday or halfway through the year.

The heart of Truth Seekers is Scripture memorization. Our goal is to help children hide God’s Word in their hearts so that they grow up grounded in biblical truth. In the 2024-2025 school year, our Truth Seekers kids memorized 404 bible verses—a testament to the power of God’s Word in young lives.

Each evening includes time in small groups, where kids build friendships, reflect on what they’re learning through lessons, and participate in activities. Some weeks feature games, while others include crafts that tie into the verse for the week.

We’d love to have your family join us as we help raise up a new generation of Truth Seekers—kids who know God’s Word and are learning to live it out every day.
