Aurora Springs Baptist Church is a small, traditional congregation located just outside of Eldon, Missouri. As a gathering of believers, our desire is to live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, walking together in truth, love, and in service to one another.
We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and hold firmly to the authority of Scripture in all we do. Each Sunday at 10:30 a.m., we come together to worship, pray, study the Bible, and share testimonies and prayer requests. We also meet outside Sunday mornings to encourage and sharpen one another through Bible studies.
Our church is led by a father-son co-pastor team: Tim Smith, who began serving in 2014, and his son Caleb, who joined in 2016. Together, they shepherd the congregation with a heart for sound teaching and biblical discipleship.
We offer Sunday School classes for all ages and believe that spiritual growth happens at every stage of life. Our Truth Seekers program, designed for children from kindergarten through 8th grade, helps them build a foundation of faith through learning and memorizing Scripture. We’re also involved in the global church, participating in programs like OCC’s shoeboxes each year, and sending out a family from among us to live and work in the Middle East.
